Former Law Enforcement Officer and champion Martial Arts competitor, Bruce Chiu has over 40 years in the martial arts. He was the youngest Instructor in White Crane Kung Fu, taught by Grandmaster Ngai Yuk Tong and holds multiple Black Belts. He was a personal student of the late Grandmaster Remy A. Presas, founder of Modern Arnis and currently teaches this filipino martial art. This DVD will cover Modern Arnis Drills for beginner to advanced martial artists. You will learn the 12 basic strikes of Modern Arnis; Single; Double; Reverse Siniwalli and empty hand applications for each. Also covered are Abanico Drills; the 3-8-12 Drill; 3-8-5-12-12 Drill and Defense techniques. Disarms and Strikes are taught both right and left handed and also empty handed.
