In this training video; we will illustrate the basic fundamentals of Giron Arnis Escrima/Bahala Na Martial Arts. Using our basic stretching and warm-up exercise; along with basic striking patterns; we also will lead you through basic striking line drills and the twelve angles of attack from the Giron system. This video will allow you to increase your success in mastering the basic fundamentals of Giron Arnis Escrima / Bahala Na Martial Arts and increase you knowledge of the Martial Arts.
